Anyone who lives or works in Cook County and has a problem with a business can send an intake.
Our help is free for households at or under twice the federal poverty guidelines. Above that line, many cases still cost you nothing, because the law makes the company pay; the rest have a set sliding-scale fee, quoted before we start.
