How it works

From six lines to a closed file

Most cases follow these steps. Some end at the second.

  1. 01

Step 1: You send an intake

Online, by phone, or at the office on a weekday.

  2. 02

Step 2: A lawyer reads it

And writes back with whether we can help, who else can if we can’t, and what it would cost you.

  3. 03

Step 3: We put it in writing

It says who pays our fee, what costs could come up, and what we’ll do.

  4. 04

Step 4: We write to the company

A demand, a dispute or an answer in court, with your papers behind it.

  5. 05

Step 5: We close the file with you

A settlement, a fixed report or a dismissed suit, and a copy of everything for your records.

The first meeting

Bring the paper, not a speech

If we meet, it’s for about forty minutes at the office or on a video call.

Bring whatever the company sent you, in any order. The lawyer reads it with you, asks what happened in between, and tells you plainly what the paperwork says. You leave with a list of what happens next and who does it.
