This page explains what this website collects and what the clinic does with it.

What we collect

When you send an intake or a message, we receive what you type: your name, email, phone, ZIP code and what you tell us about the company. Our web host records basic technical details of each visit, such as browser type and pages viewed.

How we use it

We use an intake to decide whether we can help, to check for conflicts and to reach you. We use the letter-kit form only to send the letter you asked for.

Who sees it

Clinic staff, and volunteers and law students working under a staff lawyer. We don’t sell or rent what you send, and we share it outside the clinic only with your permission or when the law requires it.

Your choices

Write to intake@kedzielaw.org to see, correct or delete what you’ve sent us, or to stop emails from the clinic.
